Do you have a return policy?
You have 10 days to return your item and get a full refund of your item. However you won't get a refund on the costs of the shipment.

How do I return an item?
Send it directly to our address:

Make sure that your package won't get damaged during the shipment back to the store.


How do I get free delivery?
You get free delivery if you buy 2 or more items, or you can pick up your items in store.

How can I pickup from the store?
Wait for an email from us to tell you if your items are in store. When you receive this email, you can collect your items with your confirmation number and your ID during opening hours.


 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If we have the items in stock in New-Zealand, it will take between 5 to 7 days. If we don't have the items in stock,
it will take between 2 to 3 weeks from Europe.


How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with a tracking number, were you can follow your order: 



How do you take care of your linens?
Wash linen on low temperatures in lukewarm or cold, and preferably soft, water. Use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibres.
