Do you have a return policy?
You have 10 days to return your item and have your money back. However you won't get a refund on the cost of the shipment.
How do I return an item?
Send it directly to our adress Shop 6, Joll Road, HAVELOCK NORTH 4130. Make sure that your package won't be damage during the shipment to get your refund.
How do I get free delivery?
You can get free delivery if you get 2 or more items or you can pick up your items from the store.
How can I pickup from the store?
Wait for an email from us to tell you if your item is in store.
When you receive this email you can come with your confirmation number and your ID on our opening hours. Check here
How long it will take for my delivery ?
If we have it in stock in New Zealand it will take 5 to 7 days.
If not it will take between 2 to 3 weeks from Italy
